HUNT A KILLER 45-DAY DETECTIVE’S PLEDGE

At Hunt A Killer, we stand behind our products and quality controls and pledge that you’ll enjoy how our products develop your detective skills. But if not, you may request a replacement product or exchange your product for another Hunt A Killer product of equal or lesser value within 45 days of the date of purchase.

Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, the Detective’s Pledge is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized internet sites/unauthorized marketplace storefronts. The Detective’s Pledge is also limited to original, end-user purchasers of new products in the United States.

How To Submit A Request

To submit a request under this Detective’s Pledge, please Contact Us and have information available regarding where and when you purchased your product. You may also be asked to provide proof of purchase, submit photos of your product or its packaging, mail your product to Hunt A Killer at your cost, or provide other information to assist Hunt A Killer in processing your request. You must submit your Detective’s Pledge request within 45 days of the date of original purchase.

If you did not purchase your product from our website, we ask that you first contact the seller from which you purchased your product to inquire about its return policy.

Detective Pledge Guidelines

Hunt A Killer reserves the right to verify information, require a valid proof of purchase, and to deny Detective’s Pledge requests in its discretion in cases of suspected fraud or where Hunt A Killer concludes that the purchaser has abused the Detective’s Pledge. Hunt A Killer may amend or terminate the Detective’s Pledge at any time without notice.
